Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups corn


  • 3/4 cups cheese


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1/4 cups maida


  • 1 tsp salt,some to taste


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 nos green chilly(chopped)


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 2 cups oil(for frying)

Directions

  • Grate paneer and cheese.
  • Boil corn till its soft.Drain the water and coarsely grind the corn.
  • Mix corn, paneer, cheese, corn flour, maida, salt, sugar, green chili, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Roll bite-sized balls from the mixture.Refrigerate the balls for 15 minutes on a sheet of butter paper.
  • Dip the balls in milk and roll them in bread crumbs.Refrigerate again for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in pan and Fry the balls on medium heat until they are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
